Do Your Digital Toys Help You With New Ideas?

Technology has upgraded my senses.

How Often Do You Soul Search?

Today's Compu-toon panel remind us of how everything we need to function begin within us. We get so reliable on outside instruments to solve things our understanding of how to go about it become fuzzy and out of focus.
During your next soul searching, remember the initial home key is within you.

Are Conference Calls Workable For You?

When I talk to anyone, I like to look into their eyes. Eyes are very important for they tell you a lot about the listener. It seems this Skype stuff is the closes thing to a real time conversation. I've never experience it though.
In order for me to feel comfortable in a conference call conversation, I depend heavily on the tone of people's voices. It usually paints the picture of their eyes as they talk. Until technology solves my hang-ups,
I will have to be more trusting toward voices and forget about the eyes for a while.

Has The Hi-Definition Technology Improved Things For You?

I remembered my first job while I was in high school working at Clem's Shoe Store in Memphis, TN and how Mr. Clem would always tell me to use a lot of adjectives when selling shoes. Make the shoes look better than they really are was his motto. That immediately taught me that the world could project some untrue without us even knowing it.
Hi-Definition is just the latest interpretation of Mr. Clem's motto.

How Faceless Do You Feel?

According to an FTC website:
Fraud alerts can help prevent an identity thief from opening any more accounts in your name. Contact the toll-free fraud number of any of the three consumer reporting companies to place a fraud alert on your credit report. You only need to contact one of the three companies to place an alert. The company you call is required to contact the other two, which will place an alert on their versions of your report, too. If you do not receive a confirmation from a company, you should contact that company directly to place a fraud alert.

Do You Question Your Memory?

I have been experiencing memory problems lately and the different events prompted me to draw up today's panel. The first thing that crosses my mind is that dreaded disease but I can't remember the name of it. I have been involved in a lot of stuff lately and having to maintain so much information is probably the cause of my "loss of memories".
It's time for an upgrade.
