Recently I've had several opportunities to talk about my profession...cartooning. Initially people perk up when they find out that's what I do. Our industry is really struggling right now so the glamour this industry once possessed has faded somewhat.
In my talks, I bring along lots of visual aids to help stimulate the audiences mind. No matter what visual you may have the points you want to get across can fall flat on its face if you don't present it right.
That's happened to me many of times.
It makes me wonder if I need to elevate my presentation with the help of something like a karaoke machine.
This thought is what provoked today's panel.
